What UI/UX design really is

UI/UX design is making something easy and pleasant to use, not just pretty to look at, and the two halves do different jobs. UX (user experience) is the thinking part: how a person moves through your app or site, where they tap, what they're trying to do, and how to get them there with the fewest dead ends. UI (user interface) is the visible part: colours, buttons, spacing, type, the look that makes it feel trustworthy. Good design is when both work together so well you barely notice them. Bad design is the app you've abandoned because you couldn't find the one button you needed. I design so your customers reach their goal without thinking too hard, because confused users leave.

My design process, step by step

I follow a clear five-stage process so you're never guessing what happens next. First, user research — I learn who your users are and what they're trying to do, because design without that is decoration. Second, wireframes — plain low-detail layouts that settle structure before we worry about colour. Third, a clickable prototype so you can tap through the flow and feel it before any code exists. Fourth, the full visual design in Figma — the real look, polished and on-brand. Fifth, a design system — reusable components and rules so everything stays consistent as your product grows. Each stage gets your sign-off before we move on, which keeps surprises and rework to a minimum. The full breakdown is in the table below.

Mobile app UI design

Mobile UI design is harder than web because you've got a small screen, thumbs, and zero patience to work with, and I design around exactly that. Every important action sits where a thumb can reach it. Text is big enough to read on the bus, tap targets are big enough to hit without zooming, and the flow respects how people actually hold a phone. I design for Android and iOS conventions so the app feels native rather than foreign on either. I also design the states people forget — loading, empty, error, offline — because those moments are where users decide whether to trust your app. I deliver everything in Figma so your Flutter or native developer can build it pixel-accurate without guessing.

Website UI design

Website UI design is about guiding a visitor's eye to what matters and making the next step obvious, and that's what I design for. A homepage shouldn't make people hunt; within seconds they should know what you offer and what to do next. I design clear visual hierarchy — headings, spacing, and contrast that lead the eye — with calls-to-action that stand out without shouting. I design mobile-first, since most of your Hisar visitors arrive on a phone, then scale up cleanly to desktop. I keep load-friendly choices in mind, because a gorgeous design that loads slowly still loses people. The result is a site that looks credible, reads easily, and turns visitors into enquiries or sales, which is the only point that matters.

Why good UX is worth paying for

Good UX directly affects how much money your site or app makes, which is why it isn't a luxury. Think about your own habits: you abandon the checkout that's confusing, the form that's too long, the app that buries the button you need. Every one of those is a sale someone lost to bad UX. Clean design builds trust — people judge credibility in seconds, and a polished, easy interface tells them you're serious. It also cuts support, fewer "how do I do this?" messages, because the answer is obvious on screen. Spending a bit on UX upfront usually saves far more later in lost customers and rebuilds. I'd rather get the design right once than watch you pay twice.

Figma design and a handover that actually works

I design in Figma and hand over files your developer can build from without a single guessing game. Figma lets you see and click real designs in your browser, leave comments right on the screen, and watch it evolve — no software to install. When the design's approved, your developer gets organised files: components, spacing, colours, fonts, and a design system, all labelled and consistent. That handover is where a lot of projects fall apart — the design looks great but the build comes out wrong because the files were a mess. I make sure that doesn't happen. And because I also build with Flutter and Next.js myself, I design things that are actually buildable, not pretty pictures no developer can reproduce.

UI/UX design pricing in Hisar

My UI/UX pricing is transparent and based on what you need designed, not a fixed package you half-use. A few app or website screens with a basic flow is the most affordable starting point. A full app or site — many screens, a clickable prototype, and a proper design system — costs more, and I'll show you exactly what each part involves. I can also do design-only projects (you build elsewhere) or design plus development together, whichever suits you. After the free consultation you get a written quote with each stage costed — research, wireframes, prototype, final design. You own all the Figma files at the end. Call or WhatsApp +91 75175 72000 and I'll give you a real number for your project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX is how something works — the flow, the ease, how fast a user reaches their goal. UI is how it looks — the colours, buttons, and layout. Both matter: great UI on bad UX is a beautiful app nobody can use. I design the two together so they support each other.

Do I get the Figma files?

Yes, you own all the Figma files at the end, including components and the design system. You're not locked to me — any developer can build from them, or another designer can continue the work. Your design, your files, full stop.

Can you design only, without building the site?

Absolutely. Plenty of clients want design-only and have their own developer build it. I deliver developer-ready Figma files and a clear design system so the build comes out matching the design. Or I can design and build together, whichever you prefer.

Why should I pay for UX instead of just a nice look?

Because UX is what makes people actually finish — buying, signing up, enquiring. A pretty site with a confusing flow still loses customers at the last step. Good UX reduces abandoned carts and support questions, and that pays for itself far faster than people expect.

Do you design for both mobile apps and websites?

Yes, both. I design mobile UI built around small screens and thumb reach, and website UI built mobile-first then scaled to desktop. Since I also develop with Flutter and Next.js, I design interfaces that are genuinely buildable, not just nice-looking mockups.

UI/UX design ke liye kitna time lagta hai?

Time scope par depend karta hai. Kuch screens ka basic design jaldi ho jaata hai, jabki poore app ya website ka design — research se lekar prototype aur design system tak — zyada time leta hai. Free consultation ke baad main aapko ek realistic written timeline de dunga.

Will I see the design before it is finished?

Yes, at every stage. You approve the wireframes, then the prototype, then the final design before we move on. You can tap through a clickable prototype and leave comments right in Figma. Nothing gets locked in without your sign-off, so there are no nasty surprises.

What is a design system and do I need one?

A design system is a set of reusable components and rules — buttons, colours, spacing, type — so everything stays consistent as your product grows. If your app or site is more than a few screens, yes, you want one. It saves money later by keeping new pages on-brand and quick to build.

How much does UI/UX design cost in Hisar?

It depends on scope. A few screens with a basic flow is the affordable starting point; a full product with a prototype and design system costs more. After a free consultation you get a written quote with each stage — research, wireframes, prototype, final design — itemised, no hidden charges.

How do I start a design project with you?

Call or WhatsApp me at +91 75175 72000 for a free consultation. We'll talk through your product, your users, and your goals, and I'll explain how I'd approach it and what it'd cost. No charge for that first chat, and no pressure to commit.
