Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or enrolling in any course at Cyber Defence (cyberdefence.org.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed instalment payment is received.
  • Batch schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified of any schedule changes in advance.
  • Course access (online materials, recordings) is provided to enrolled students only and is non-transferable.
  • Students must be 16 years or older to enroll. Students under 18 require parental consent.

3. Payment Policy

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Course fees are non-refundable after the batch start date, except in cases where Cyber Defence cancels the batch.
  • If a batch is cancelled by Cyber Defence, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Instalment plans, where offered, must be completed as per the agreed schedule to maintain course access.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Use knowledge gained exclusively for ethical, legal, and authorized purposes.
  • Not engage in any unauthorized penetration testing, hacking, or illegal cyber activities.
  • Respect instructors, fellow students, and institute property.
  • Not share, redistribute, or sell any course materials, recordings, or tools provided by Cyber Defence.

Misuse of cyber security skills for illegal activities is a criminal offense under the IT Act 2000. Cyber Defence bears no responsibility for any unauthorized or illegal use of skills by students.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, slides, tools, and content provided by Cyber Defence are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrollment and legal action.

6. Certification

Cyber Defence certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements including attendance, assessments, and practical labs. Certificates remain the property of Cyber Defence and may be revoked in cases of academic dishonesty or misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Defence provides training and educational services. We do not guarantee job placement, though we provide placement assistance. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.
