What this track will not do for you
WhatsApp automation is bound by Meta rules, not by what the software can technically do. You cannot legally mass-message from a normal number; unofficial automation libraries get numbers banned. Templates must be approved, marketing categories cost more per message, and poor quality ratings shrink your sending limits. Costs scale with volume forever.
Who this is for
Suits retailers, clinics, institutes, service businesses and D2C brands sending transactional updates and handling repeat enquiries. It does not suit anyone wanting to blast promotional messages to a purchased contact list — that is against Meta policy, and we will decline the work.
Prerequisites: You need a registered business with a Facebook Business Manager account, a phone number not currently active on the WhatsApp app, a display name that matches the business, and documented opt-in from the people you intend to message. Budget for Meta per-message charges on top of build cost.
