What this track will not do for you
Training only pays back if someone owns the workflows afterwards. If the two trained people leave or get pulled onto other work, the automations rot within months. We insist on pair building and a written runbook for exactly this reason, and we will say so plainly if your processes are too undefined to automate yet.
Who this is for
Suits operations, sales support, finance and IT teams of four to fifteen people who already have a repetitive process worth removing. It suits companies that want internal capability instead of a permanent agency bill. It does not suit individuals — for one learner the open n8n course is cheaper and covers the same ground.
Prerequisites: Your team needs computer confidence, not coding skill. One person should have admin access to the tools we will connect, and someone must be able to approve a test server. Bring at least one process you can describe end to end. We teach the JSON and JavaScript parts during the sessions.
The picture in Mizoram
Mizoram’s economy is agricultural and service-based. Jhum cultivation is steadily giving way to horticulture — bird’s eye chilli, ginger, passion fruit, oranges — with small food processing units attached. Aizawl concentrates government, education, healthcare and retail. There is very little heavy industry. Bamboo is the state’s most abundant resource, and cross-border movement with Myanmar shapes trade in the southeast.
Mizoram has notably high literacy and English usage, and Aizawl is well served by mobile data with normal UPI acceptance. The terrain makes fibre expensive, and villages along the Myanmar border remain weak. The population is small, so the entire addressable online market is small too — realistic expectations matter more here than in almost any other state in India.

05. Handover pack and follow-up
- Written runbook for each workflow, in plain language
- Failure alerting to a shared inbox or group
- Recorded sessions for staff who join later
- Two follow-up review calls in the month after training
