Why this matters in Diu

Diu is a small island town and it should be treated as one. Unauthorised access to any computer resource is an offence under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 — up to three years imprisonment and/or fine — with further liability under Section 43 for damage or data theft. Intent to learn is not a defence.
