Who this is for

For administrators and engineers in Microsoft-heavy organisations — anyone already managing Microsoft 365, Windows domains or Azure workloads. If your employer runs on AWS, take the AWS track instead: the concepts rhyme, but almost nothing in the portal, the tooling or the exam transfers directly.

Prerequisites: You should have used the Azure portal, created a resource group and a virtual machine, and understand Active Directory or Microsoft 365 administration. PowerShell familiarity is a genuine advantage. Complete cloud beginners should take the vendor-neutral Cloud Security track before this one.

Is the AZ-500 exam included in the course fee?

No. You book AZ-500 directly with Microsoft through their test provider and pay them. Our fee covers training, labs and recordings. Because Microsoft prices exams differently by country and revises them, confirm the current India price on Microsoft Learn.

Can I do the labs on a free Azure account?

For most modules yes, using the initial free credit. Sentinel and the Defender plans consume that credit faster than anything else, so those labs are scheduled late and come with a teardown checklist for the workspace.

Azure security course ke baad AWS bhi seekhna padega kya?

▾
Zaroori nahi. Bahut si Indian companies poora Microsoft stack chalati hain — M365, Entra ID, Azure. Agar aapki target company Azure par hai to isi mein depth banana zyada faydemand hai. Baad mein AWS seekhna hai to concepts already clear rahenge.

Why does identity get so much of the syllabus?

Because in Microsoft environments identity is the real perimeter. Most Azure and Microsoft 365 compromises begin with a sign-in, not with an exploit, which is why conditional access and PIM get sustained attention while some other topics get a single module.
