What this track will not do for you

An integration is only as stable as the least stable API in the chain. Vendors change endpoints, tighten rate limits and deprecate versions with short notice, so integrations need an owner rather than being built once and forgotten. Where a vendor offers no API, screen-scraping workarounds break constantly and we advise against selling them to you.

Who this is for

Suits companies where two systems already hold overlapping data and staff keep bridging the gap by hand, and product teams needing a partner integration they lack capacity to build. It does not suit cases where the target system has no API, no export and no webhook — no integration can be built on nothing.

The picture in Telangana

Simple one-way integration 1–2 weeks · two-way sync typically 3–6 weeks. Every module is hands-on — you work on your own machine from Telangana, never against systems you do not own.

01. Phase 1 — Feasibility and contract review

  • Idempotency keys so a retry never creates a second order

04. Phase 4 — Reliability engineering

  • Retry with exponential backoff and a dead-letter queue
  • Queueing to absorb bursts without breaching rate limits
  • Structured logs that identify the record, not just the error
  • Alerting with enough detail to act on at 9 in the morning

05. Phase 5 — Testing and go-live

  • Sandbox testing with deliberately malformed data
  • Reconciliation report comparing both systems after a test run
  • Staged cutover with a rollback plan written in advance
  • Post-launch watch period before we call it done

06. Phase 6 — Documentation and maintenance

  • Integration document: endpoints, fields, schedules, owners
  • Version pinning and a plan for vendor deprecation notices

The other software has no API. Can you still integrate?

Sometimes, through scheduled file exports, database access or an email-based feed, and we will build that when it is genuinely reliable. What we avoid is browser-scraping a system that was never meant to be automated, because it breaks with every interface change and you pay for that repeatedly.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, on delivery and full payment, in your own repository. We use open tools rather than a proprietary wrapper, so another developer can maintain it. There is no hidden runtime licence and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.

Vendor ne API change kar diya to kya hoga?

Aisa hota rehta hai. Isi liye hum version pin karte hain, failure alert lagate hain, aur integration document likh kar dete hain. Warranty period ke andar hamari galti free fix hoti hai; vendor ke change ki wajah se aaya kaam retainer mein ya hourly hota hai — pehle hi clear bata dete hain.

Can you build a two-way sync between our CRM and accounting system?

Yes, but two-way sync needs conflict rules decided before we build: if both sides edited the same record, which one wins. Most projects that go wrong skipped that conversation. We insist on it in the design phase and put the answer in the scope document.
