AI Automation Services in Assam
We add a language model to the parts of your workflow that involve reading and writing text: sorting incoming enquiries, pulling fields out of invoices and PDFs, drafting first-pass replies, summarising long threads and tagging tickets. The model handles the messy language part; deterministic code handles anything that must be exactly right.

What this track will not do for you
A language model is confidently wrong sometimes, and it will not tell you when. We therefore refuse to automate any step where a wrong output is expensive and unreviewed. Model usage is also a running cost that grows with volume, and providers change prices and deprecate models. Anyone promising full accuracy is selling you something.
Who this is for
Suits businesses with high volumes of unstructured text — support inboxes, WhatsApp enquiries, resumes, vendor invoices, meeting notes. It does not suit accounting entries, legal filings or anything where a single wrong output is unacceptable and nobody will review it before it goes out.
Prerequisites: You need a real, repetitive text task and a sample of at least fifty past examples with the correct answers, so we can measure quality instead of guessing. You need someone who can say what a good output looks like, and a decision on which model provider your data may be sent to.
The picture in Assam
Tea is Assam’s signature industry, with hundreds of estates across Upper Assam and the Barak Valley, alongside some of India’s oldest oilfields and refineries at Digboi, Guwahati, Bongaigaon and Numaligarh. Guwahati is the commercial gateway for the entire northeast — wholesale trade, hospitals, colleges, logistics and a growing services and IT base. Rice, bamboo, silk and river tourism fill out the rest.
Guwahati is a genuine urban market with fibre, hosting infrastructure and ordinary UPI use. Beyond it, connectivity thins across char areas, tea garden lines and hill districts, and seasonal flooding takes out both roads and networks. Assamese and Bengali typing is common on phones. Traders across the northeast routinely buy from Guwahati wholesalers over WhatsApp rather than any portal.

AI Automation Services syllabus
Pilot in 2–3 weeks · production rollout typically 4–8 weeks. Every module is hands-on — you work on your own machine from Assam, never against systems you do not own.
01. Phase 1 — Task selection and baseline
- Choosing tasks where a wrong answer is cheap to correct
- Collecting past examples with known correct outputs
- Measuring what humans currently do: time per item and error rate
- Rejecting tasks that need guaranteed correctness, in writing
02. Phase 2 — Prompt and pipeline design
- Structured output with strict JSON schemas instead of free text
- Splitting one big prompt into small, checkable steps
- Retrieval over your own documents when the model needs your facts
- Choosing model size per step to control cost and latency
03. Phase 3 — Evaluation
- A held-out test set scored before anything goes live
- Accuracy, refusal and hallucination counts recorded honestly
- Confidence thresholds that route uncertain items to a human
- Comparing against the plain rules-based option — sometimes rules win
04. Phase 4 — Human-in-the-loop rollout
- Review queue where staff approve, edit or reject model output
- Shadow mode first: the model runs but does not act
- Gradual autonomy only for the categories that scored well
- Audit trail of every model decision and who approved it
05. Phase 5 — Cost, privacy and monitoring
- Token budgets, caching and per-day spend caps
- What data leaves your systems, and masking before it does
- Consent and data-protection considerations under Indian rules
- Dashboards for volume, cost, override rate and drift over time

Where this leads
| Role | Typical band |
|---|---|
| Support team handling more tickets without new hires | 30 – 60 percent faster first response, typically |
| Back-office data entry role reduced, not removed | ₹1,80,000 – ₹4,20,000 per year of effort redirected |
| Reviewer role created for approving model output | ₹2,40,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year |
| Faster quote and enquiry turnaround | Hours reduced to minutes on text-heavy steps |
Salary bands are indicative ranges across India and vary widely with skill, city and employer. Public aggregators disagree considerably on specialist roles, so treat any single figure — including these — as a range, not a promise. We do not guarantee placement.
