Agents are unreliable for anything needing guaranteed correctness, and we will not sell one as a replacement for staff. They can misread a document, call the wrong tool, or state something untrue with complete confidence. Everything irreversible stays behind human approval. If a plain rules-based workflow solves your task, we will build that instead.
Who this is for
Suits teams with a repeated task that needs judgement over text and access to several systems: support triage across a knowledge base, internal document question answering, structured research, first-draft report generation. It does not suit financial postings, compliance filings or any action where an incorrect step cannot be caught before it lands.
Prerequisites: You need a well-defined task, documents or data worth retrieving from, and a person who can judge whether an answer is right. You need to accept a testing phase where the agent runs without authority to act. A budget for model usage, separate from build cost, is essential.
